Restored my emergencybrake-pedal and pedalbox. It took some sweat and ellbowgrease but we got there.

Went to the bodyshop this morning to check my car out. Bodywork is about 50% done...so..still on course to get it painted by the end of this year!

Received new fabric for the front- and rear bench last week. Original stuff ofcourse.

doorhatches/hoodhatches/valance are already primered and painted in the final layer of bodycolor. Sinister Black. Also brought the car to the painter, for the next layer of primer. Then they are gonna start to take out the dents, nooks and crannies. After that, the car will be painted!!!

hood/doors/fenders/doorhinges were shot in red oxide primer tonight; ofcourse...to duplicate the factory job.

Mounted the third member ( 3.91 SureGrip ) and the rear shockabsorbers today

With help from my dad today...we put the front wheels on, took the roller-cart out and mounted the left rear leafspring. Next step is the right leafspring and mount the rear axle. But that's 4 next week!

my dad beadblasted some parts, so i could treat them with RPM; they will stay rustfree and still look like bare metal.

my dad sandblasted the torsionbars; we wanted to duplicate the factory paint-dipping with runners and imperfections. I think we did a great job in recreating a shitty paintjob on the torsionbars!
