Engine recipe
Engine:
- November 1962 413 AAQA engine, bored and honed to standard size 426 bore.
- linebored
- magnafluxed
- decked headsurfaces
- H-beam Eagle conrods, brought to equal weight
- crankshaft: low mileage forged cranck, checked, polished and balanced
- RaceTec pistons # 1009932/Job # 12523, compression 10,5 : 1, equal weight
- Pistonrings: 2M5518
- Clevite mainbearings: MS481M-10
- Clevite rodbearings: CB527P10
- Comp Cams camshaft: CL23-232-4
- Clevite camshaft bearings: SH-876S
- 3-bolt Nornda Automotive adjustable timing chain
- Milodon Max Wedge oilpan
- High volume/high pressure Milodon oilpump
- Max Wedge fuelpump
- Brass freezeplugs
- Engine painted by Davy "1BdCuda440" Hesen in 2K enginepaint
Heads:
- N.O.S.'90's Mopar Performance reproduction Max Wedge heads "2406518", reworked to fit double valvesprings. Polished ports, gasketmatched
- Manley valves: # 11388-8 & 11309-8, valveheads reworked
- Comp Cams double valvesprings: 1.550 diameter, 98611
- Viton valve seals: 11/32 * .531
- '60's Crane mechanical valvetrain
Intakesystem:
- N.O.S. Mopar Performance Crossram manifold # P5007330. Direct replacement for the original, with several performance improvements.
Port-polished and gasket matched
- Crossram linkage system # P515367
- Original 1964 Carter 3705-S carbs. Totally rebuilt by Ted Berris. Choketowers are removed for improved flow, +/- 830 cfm a piece.
- Repro Max Wedge aircleaners
Ignition:
- Mopar Performance orangebox system, with hidden orangebox, Wiring integrated in original wiring harness

Ted Berris is working on the engine
Mopar-Guru Ted Berris is in the middle of rebuilding my engine.
some specs:
- 426 wedge, decked, linebored
- lightweight h-beam rods
- 10:1 compression forged pistons, custom made to Ted's specs
- Max Wedge heads
- Mechanical cam, specs known to the builder and owner
- stainless steel valves
It will have ample power to drive the car on Sunny sundays
